Polyurethane tensioned screens
They are equipped with hooks tensioning and can be installed exactly as the wire screens without any modification of the machine. They have a sturdy internal frame consisting of steel rods with a diameter of 10 or 12 mm. Depending on the type of screening process, wet or dry, and the characteristics of the material, the polyurethane can be more or less soft, with a hardness ranging between 70 and 90 degrees shore A.
